Who We Are

The 80/20 Medical Management & Billing Services Group, LLC is a San Antonio based company providing medical practice management consulting and billing services as well as accounting and tax services through our sister company Tammie E. Jones, P.C., CPA.

The medical practice landscape is changing daily. Keeping up with regulatory requirements, payor demands and the coming avalanche of healthcare reforms is not for the feint of heart. Unfortunately, most small medical practices are not staffed to compete at a high level. It’s just too expensive.

At best, the typical primary care practice does well to turn a profit, and avoid an audit by HIPAA or OSHA or the IRS.

This undeserved struggle was the incentive for forming The 80/20 Group. We are on a mission to assist hard-working physicians and healthcare professionals in the business of medicine so that they are free to deliver quality care in a worry-free environment.

This is accomplished by filling in the gaps. Each practice is unique. We do not believe in "one-size-fits-all". Whatever non-clinical needs the practice has, we have the personnel to handle the task. As those needs change, we adapt to your specific situation.

The end result is the practitioner has a reliable partner to call upon as needed to ensure the vision is realized and the goals are achieved.
